			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>With daily stress of everyday life it is sometimes difficult to turn it all off when you want to go to sleep.  Also your dreams are influenced by your mind so being relaxed as you can before retiring to bed at night is important for good quality sleep.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: #ff00ff;">Ask your angels</span></strong> to help you sleep as they are there to help you at all times don't forget.   Relaxation and sleep will come more easily with their help so do ask them.  What have you to lose?  When you get into bed close your eyes and ask them to help you.  This applies to any request of course but is also a good time for help with sleep.</p>
<p>I saw this lovely video on angels sung by <strong><span style="color: #ff00ff;">Enya</span></strong>.  It only runs for about 5 minutes so if you have the time listen and watch it.  Enya has such a lovely pure voice it really is a lovely video.  It is very relaxing as well and you can just keep playing it hehe like I did.</p>

<p>It's only in the last 25 years we have really learned anything <strong><a title="about sleep" href="http://paulineh.123sleep.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=DREAMS" target="_blank">about sleep</a></strong> and that applies to a part called REM sleep as well.  About an hour and a half after you fall asleep your brainwaves start to change and you go into what is called REM sleep.</p>
<p>When you are in REM sleep your eyelids flicker and this is where the name comes from, that is,  Rapid Eye Movement.  Other things happen too like your breathing increases, your heart rate and blood pressure also increases and a state similar to when you are faced with a danger.</p>
<p><span id="more-282"></span>Have you ever had a dream about being in danger but you were paralyzed with fear?  You couldn't move, let alone run away.  Well, during REM sleep the large body muscles are paralyzed and this usually occurs in the middle of the night and in the morning and luckily the feelings usually should have subsided by then.</p>
<p>So<strong> <a title="If you dream" href="http://www.dreammanifesto.com/aff/jrox.php?id=1154" target="_blank">if you dream</a></strong> you are somehow in danger but it frightens you that you couldn't move and you worry that if it really happens you would do the same then now you know it was the REM that was immobilizing you and not your fear.</p>
<p>There are five cycles of REM in a sleep episode and you will go in and out of them during the night which in total is around 7 hours.  So if you thought you just closed your eyes and you fell asleep then you are in fact going through many cycles of sleep in one night.</p>

And the cycle continues.</p>
<p>If you’re one of the millions suffering from this problem, pay attention to your sleep cycle. Here are some tips for you to make the most out of your sleep hours: <span id="more-125"></span></p>
<ul>
<li><strong><a title="The best sleep" href="http://paulineh.123sleep.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=DREAMS" target="_blank">The best sleep</a></strong> is sleep done at night. The skies darken, the world quietens, and your body receives signals that it’s time to go to bed. Because of artificial lighting, people are able to push their sleep hours later into the night, but it’s not good for them. If you have a lot of work to do, go to bed, and wake up extra early in the morning to do it.</li>
<li>Another good time to sleep is to nap during the afternoon. If you can’t get enough sleep at night, a power nap in the early afternoon is some of the best sleep you can get. Just remember to keep it a nap – no more than an hour or so during the day. Not everyone can find time to take a nap during the day, so if that’s the case for you, make sure you get enough sleep hours during the night.</li>
<li>Sleep regularly. Even more important than having enough sleep hours is having regular sleep hours. Sleeping and waking up at regular times every day ensures the best sleep quality your body can get. Establishing a regular sleep cycle takes around two weeks, and can be hard to do. But stick with it – rough those two weeks out to get yourself a regular schedule, and your body will thank you in the long run.</li>

<p>What I have found personally is a regular routine gives me the best chance for <strong><a title="quality sleep" href="http://" target="_blank">quality sleep</a></strong>.  I try to go to bed at the same time each night, and not too late either, so I get enough sleep hours that I need.  I try and relax as soon as I hit the pillow and by doing this I have found the best sleep I have ever had.</p>
