If you want to manifest your dreams, it should start with you. Dreams are important for they can be motivators for our own goals. Without dreams, people are without a hope for the future. Many of us become aware of our psychic ability when our dream experiences contain psychic content. This could be due to telepathic exchanges in our sleep, lucid dreams, deja vu or astral travel. Have you flown, passed through objects or become invisible to others in your dreams? Then you were probably having an out of body travel experience called an astral dream. Getting to know your own heavenly Angel is not difficult but with practice it makes it easier. The first step is to acknowledge that you do indeed have one and that they are with you in times of happiness, sorrow, grief or turmoil. Nightmares can be caused by both physical and psychological causes. Those who are suffering from high fever are known to have such disturbing delusional dreams. These are the 3 steps I follow myself for a simple dream interpretation. Follow them and you will have a greater understanding of what your dreams are trying to tell you. There are people who believe that dreams reflect what you have been thinking about in the daytime. Although there are several other beliefs how dreams come about, it is in fact the unconscious mind which is behind the dreams we have in our sleep What are dreams all about and why do we have them? That is a question many people ask themselves especially when they are nightmares or the dream is disturbing in some way. Well an easy way of explaining is this. |
