My interpretation of light dreams

Light has always been used to symbolism good and purity. In dream interpretation, light dreams aren’t so far off from how people perceive it.

In general, light dreams are seen as a positive symbol and can mean happiness. The presence of light means the lifting of darkness. This is how it also works in dream interpretation. When you dream of lights, it could mean that you have attained or will attain general enlightenment in your life or a specific area of your life. Light dreams can also means you have or will attain knowledge and understanding regarding something you previously failed to understand. Of course, in dream interpretation as in real life, this may not be as positive as it seems.

Other interpretations suggest that dreaming of light could mean a figurative lifting of the dark. In this case, the light may indicate the lifting of a problem or the end of a difficult period in your life. Darkness, after all, represents something that is evil and undesired. That you will experience joy and happiness is also a popular interpretation. This makes sense, since darkness is also perceived as sorrow and despair.

Where the light is coming from can alter the definition of light dreams. If you dream of light from a light bulb (or any similar artificial source of light), it could indicate that you’re ready to face a certain reality in your life. If the light flickers or fails to turn on, this means you are bound to discover something you didn’t know before.

Light dream interpretation can also be spiritual one . A light dream can mean enlightenment, as light, in most religions, means consciousness. Dreaming of light should then mean that you are experiencing or will experience an illumination in your life. It could also mean enlightenment in your literal or figurative journey.

Are you realizing your dreams?

I am not talking about dreaming your dreams but rather I am talking about your desires and wishes. These dreams for better things are what we all feel we want to happen in our lives. I even love to do Visual Maps of what I want to happen in my life and have it displayed where I see it everyday. See the picture of my own dreams map to the right ->

I must say tell you too that I met that man in the picture, well someone who looks a bit like him but better, and now we are engaged. I have been to the house in the picture by accident and I have walked in the field of red poppies. I am always amazed when that map comes to life for me. You can also see that I dream about traveling a lot.

I really believe in asking for what you want from your angels (or from the universe if you don't believe in angels). This has worked for me a few times in my life, that I am aware of, and maybe at other times I may have put it down to a coincidence.

I used to feel that wanting something more for myself was a selfish act so now I ask not only for myself but for someone else I know who needs it too.

This is one of my favorite quotes from Neal Donald who wrote "Conversions with God".

Decide who you are - who you want to be - and then do everything in your power to be that!

You are worth it! You truly must believe that and accept the reality of your dreams coming true. Ask for what you want and your angels will give it to you. Realizing your dreams is really not difficult if you believe.

You can get relaxation and sleep

Relaxation and sleep can sometimes be difficult in this day and age. The world is running on fast forward and it's hard to keep up. We put off relaxing and then wonder why we can't sleep. Our mind is still going at a 100 miles per hour when we close our eyes at night.

We can take some pills to relax and so get some sleep or you can do something more natural. The problem with the pills is that after a while you get used to them so you then have to take more, then you have a wine or two with the pills, and it goes on and on.

You can do two things in particular which will help your relaxation and sleep and they are:

1) Work out what is your barrier for relaxation. That may sound a bit simplistic but if you really look at what is stopping you then you can find a solution. Are you bringing your work at home so not allowing yourself to turn off from the daily problems? Are you running around trying to do things in the house until you drop into bed each night? If you can work out what the problem is then you can work out how to fix it.

2) Try some relaxation music before you go to bed. Binaural beat music is especially good for helping you relax and it works on your brain's frequencies and has some soothing sounds from nature or music. These sounds have a good effect on your brain to help it relax. The best of this music can be found at THE UNEXPLAINABLE STORE. It's an online shop to buy and download binaural beat music to your computer or to your mp3 player. I have tried them and they work for me.

When you relax you get a better sleep so look at the two techniques above and give them a go. You need relaxation and sleep in your daily life so try my suggestions as you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Dream Town has been reviewed!

Dream Town has been reviewed by Stumble Rumba, a website that reviews websites and stumbles them on Stumbleupon.com. You can tell that the author (a real stumble addict) enjoys her time blogging as it shows in her posts. She got a few things right about me and and that is I'm not the turban wearing kind of gal and I try to give accurate information but minus the crystal ball.

The author seems to also enjoy dreams like I do and I am very pleased that Stumble Rumba wrote such a quirky and upbeat review of Dream Town. I must say she shares a great slant on life and the web in her reviews. She talked about three posts in particular which were Are you having nightmares, Dream catchers for dream control and Who else wants to Astral Travel. Stumble Rumba really has a good grasp of what I am trying to convey in these posts and this is shown especially by her references to her own personal experiences.

I recommend that you have a look at the other reviews at Stumble Rumba as I have done as I found that her enthusiasm about her subjects is infectious. She doesn't always review sites favorably and she has a category called Fumbles for the sites she doesn't like (luckily Dream Town isn't one of them). I really like the posts on Tattoo Designs as the tattooed tongue is incredible (and I'm sure excruciatingly painful to have done) or the article on Free Tarot Readings which I am very interested in also. They are just two that caught my attention so have a look at the others too.

Don't pass up checking out this very colorful review site as you will find the entertainment value alone is worth it and you might even get hooked on Stumbleupon like many of us are. Thank you Stumble Rumba for the thumbs up.
