Does Astrology predict the future?

Many people are divided about whether Astrology can predict the future but is that the way Astrology really works? I myself, have always seen it more as a road map of my life and not as a predictor of what is to come.

In my opinion Astrology can give you an indication of what is to come but it is not used to predict a precise happening. Astrology can warn you of an event that may happen to you next week in a general way but may not be more specific than that.

What I see about this type of prediction is that I may be able to change this event. If I am told that I may need to be more careful of accidents, for instance next Wednesday, then I can decide what measures I can take to minimize my risks of having an accident.

So, saying that Astrology can predict the future is not entirely true as you have the ability to change that destiny. Other people's actions around you might affect that destiny too, so use astrology to gain insight into the directions your life might take and make decisions to steer it the right way you want your life to go.
