I always ask my angels for help and I know I have an angel of protection that will help me when I ask. Your angel too is always there for you, looking after you and guiding you. You have to listen though to your inner self to hear their message. What I find is that it is the first thought that comes into my head after I you ask them something.
It is very comforting to know even if you are alone in this world that there is someone in another world, what I believe is a third dimension standing beside you all the time. So to me that means that I am never truly alone and am loved with my angel of protection there for me.
I would love to share with you below this lovely poem by an author unknown about the protection that angels give to us all.

May angels rest beside your door,

This is a very inspiring poem that I have printed up near my workspace. When I see it then it reminds me of their great love and support from my angel of protection. I know I have at least two angels looking after me, I cant tell you why I know this, I just feel it probably is the best way to explain it. As the poem says it is also my responsibility to learn what they teach me about what I need to know about life and the after life and I hope I am living up to that expectation, at least I know I am aware of it and trying.

I truly believe that Angel Guides are part of our everyday life. You have read many encounters with angels throughout history but still many people find it difficult to believe that angels exist. I suppose it is because you do need faith and spirituality to believe in things you cant see.
Angel Guides are there for you to love and protect you. You only have to ask for their help and it will be given if it is in your best interests. They often will whisper in your ear so you have to be ready to listen. You might have experienced something like this when suddenly an idea comes to you that will solve a problem you have been worrying over.
Angel Guides can help you back on the right path when you feel you have lost your way. We may have started our lives with goals and dreams but somehow they have all disappeared and we may feel helpless to change our situation. I have asked my angels to help me in several situations in my life and I always got help. Why not believe and tap into their power and love and thank God for them.
Mood and sleep go together as you may have become aware sometime in your own life when you had a stressful period like a death in the family. Medications, stress and even noise can affect daily body rhythms and your mood.
In the old days people used to a sanitarium for a rest cure which worked with the "nervous" because it put the person on a regular schedule of sleep, activity, and meals. Below are some kinds of sleep disturbances that can make mood disorder worse. They show a connection between your mood and sleep very well.
Insomnia
A person suffering from insomnia has difficulty initiating or maintaining normal sleep, which can result in sleep that is not restoring or rejuvenating and impairs the daytime activity. Insomnia includes sleeping too little, difficulty falling asleep, awakening frequently during the night, or waking up early and being unable to get back to sleep. It is characteristic of many mental and physical disorders and can also just be a part of getting older. When we age we need less sleep so don't sleep as deeply as we used to do when we were younger. Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome
This is the most common circadian-rhythm sleep disorder that results in insomnia and daytime sleepiness. A short circuit between a person's biological clock and the 24-hour day causes this sleep disorder. It is commonly found in those with mild or major depression. In addition other medications may disrupt the sleep-wake cycle.
REM Sleep Abnormalities
REM sleep abnormalities have been implicated by doctors in a variety of psychiatric disorders, including depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, some forms of schizophrenia, and other disorders in which psychosis occurs.
Irregular Sleep Routine
This sleep disorder is yet another problem that many with Bipolar II experience and in large part results from a lack of lifestyle scheduling. You can also ge this with people who work split shifts or other irregular shift work.
Your mood and sleep will depend on how you can increase your mood level which will increase or maintain your sleep. Your sleeping hours will be affected by how you feel during the day so also try to relax before going to bed and use your bedroom as your escape from your problems.
Dreams are not impossible so you should be dreaming your life to what you want it to be. Remember though that dreams don't come true without some effort on our parts so in a way we must make them happen.
Everyone, at some point of his or her life, has dreamed of being somebody special, somebody big. Who hasn't fantasized about being the one who hits the game-winning homer? Who hasn't dreamed of being the homecoming queen? And how many times have we dreamed of being rich, or successful, or happy in our relationships?

The most common problem to setting goals is the word impossible. Most people get hung up thinking I can't do this. It's too hard. It's too impossible. No one can do this.
If you limit yourself with self-doubt, and self-limiting assumptions, you will never be able to break past what you deem impossible. If you reach too far out into the sky without working towards your goal, you will find yourself clinging on to the impossible dream.
Try this exercise. Take a piece of paper and write down some goals in your life. Under one header, list down things ‘you know you can do’. Under another header, write the things ‘you might be able to do.’ And under one more, list the things that that are ‘impossible for you to do.’
Now look at all the headers and strive every day to accomplish the goals that are under things ‘you know you can do’. Check them when you are able to accomplish them. As you slowly are able to check all of your goals under that heading, try accomplishing the goals under the other header-the one that reads ‘you might be able to do.’
As of the items you wrote under things I could do are accomplished, you can move the goals that are under things that are ‘impossible for you to do’ to the list of things ‘you might be able to do.’
As you work through this process, you will find out that the goals you thought were impossible become easier to accomplish and the impossible begins to seem possible after all. Dreaming your life to what you want to be is now starting to materialize.
You see, the technique here is not to limit your imagination. It is to aim high, and start working towards that goal little by little. However, it also is unwise to set a goal that is truly unrealistic.
Don’t get caught up with your perceived limitations. Think big and work hard to attain those dreams. As you step up the ladder of progress, you will just about find out that the impossible has just become a little bit more possible and dreaming your life is living that dream. Affirmations are words or phrases which you repeat to yourself or others, to support or change thinking patterns on a sub-conscious level. This is also the way you have formed negative and positive thoughts throughout your lifetime, saying things to yourself, about yourself, repeatedly. After words or thoughts are repeated, they soon become belief, and this belief becomes our reality. In this manner we from fears of money, poverty, sadness and other emotions that are linked with these beliefs which can turn out to be our comfort zone, no matter how positive or negative it is.
Since we created these affirmations, we can also change them. This is a great way to start your new you and prepare for the future. Light has always been used to symbolism good and purity. In dream interpretation, light dreams aren’t so far off from how people perceive it.

I must say tell you too that I met that man in the picture, well someone who looks a bit like him but better, and now we are engaged. I have been to the house in the picture by accident and I have walked in the field of red poppies. I am always amazed when that map comes to life for me. You can also see that I dream about traveling a lot.
I really believe in asking for what you want from your angels (or from the universe if you don't believe in angels). This has worked for me a few times in my life, that I am aware of, and maybe at other times I may have put it down to a coincidence.
I used to feel that wanting something more for myself was a selfish act so now I ask not only for myself but for someone else I know who needs it too.

Decide who you are - who you want to be - and then do everything in your power to be that!
You are worth it! You truly must believe that and accept the reality of your dreams coming true. Ask for what you want and your angels will give it to you. Realizing your dreamsis really not difficult if you believe.
Relaxation and sleep can sometimes be difficult in this day and age. The world is running on fast forward and it's hard to keep up. We put off relaxing and then wonder why we can't sleep. Our mind is still going at a 100 miles per hour when we close our eyes at night.
We can take some pills to relax and so get some sleep or you can do something more natural. The problem with the pills is that after a while you get used to them so you then have to take more, then you have a wine or two with the pills, and it goes on and on.
You can do two things in particular which will help your relaxation and sleep and they are:
1) Work out what is your barrier for relaxation. That may sound a bit simplistic but if you really look at what is stopping you then you can find a solution. Are you bringing your work at home so not allowing yourself to turn off from the daily problems? Are you running around trying to do things in the house until you drop into bed each night? If you can work out what the problem is then you can work out how to fix it.
2) Try some relaxation music before you go to bed. Binaural beat music is especially good for helping you relax and it works on your brain's frequencies and has some soothing sounds from nature or music. With daily stress of everyday life it is sometimes difficult to turn it all off when you want to go to sleep. Also your dreams are influenced by your mind so being relaxed as you can before retiring to bed at night is important for good quality sleep.
Ask your angels to help you sleep as they are there to help you at all times don't forget. Relaxation and sleep will come more easily with their help so do ask them. What have you to lose? When you get into bed close your eyes and ask them to help you. This applies to any request of course but is also a good time for help with sleep.
